Please save the date! We are already looking forward to the third annual Bear Creek Art Gala to be held on April 17, 2010 at Keller Town Hall. The Bear Creek Art Gala benefits Young Artists of Texas, a not for profit 501c3 organization, whose mission is to educate and promote young Texas artists. We very much hope that you and your organization will mark your calendars and be a part of this fabulous 2010 art event.

Young Artists of Texas, Inc. was founded in 2005 and the YAT Gallery located at 246 South Main Street in Keller opened in June 2006. YAT serves its 80 plus artists through the generous support of sponsors within the business community, individual donations and commissions on works of art sold by registered artists in the YAT gallery. The agency works primarily with artists between the ages of 18 and 25, helping them to further develop careers in their chosen field of art.

Young Artists of Texas hosts monthly speaker nights at the YAT Gallery educating YAT artists about topics related to creating successful careers in art. Past topics have included website marketing, personal finance, matting and framing, and legal contracts. Our organization is continuously seeking and creating opportunities for our young artists to exhibit and market their work.  YAT artists have recently displayed their work at Southlake Art in the Square, Texas State Capitol Exhibition, Keller Town Hall, Greater Southlake Women’s Society Gala, Timarron Country Club, and numerous local businesses.

We are beginning our planning for another successful Bear Creek Art Gala and would be very grateful for your support. Sponsor opportunities will range from $500 to $5000. More information will be sent your way in January 2010, but for now we ask that you please keep the Bear Creek Art Gala in mind when establishing your charitable funding plans for next year.
